After approval of Custom Police the rifle and ammunition will be sent to Erzurum by required procedure. In Erzurum the transportation will be safely organized by OC Security Department accompanying by one responsible person from the delegation. Upon arrival, the rifles and ammunition will be stowed in storage room inside the Athletes’ Village. The ammunition will stay only one night in Athlete’s village and next day will be transferred to the Kandili stadium where will be locked.
