Message - President of TUSF 

Dear Friends,

As the president of Turkish University Sports Federation I would like, on behalf of Turkish University Sports Federation and the Turkish universities, to extend our warmest welcome to all National University Sports Federations delegation members, athletes, coaches, referees and distinguished guests from all over the world.

Turkish University Sports Federation has a solid foundation and rich experience in organizing various international university sports events, and has thereby established its pioneering and leading role in developing sports in Turkey.

Having experienced Izmir Summer Universiade in 2005, we are now getting ready to celebrate Erzurum Winter Universiade in 2011. We are fully convinced that we will make great contributions to the popularization and development of university sports and winter sports not only in Turkey, but also in the world.

I sincerly wish Erzurum 25th Winter Universiade a complete success for all the participants, wish all the athletes fair and good performance, and wish all of you a very pleasant stay in Erzurum.

The Turkish people and specially the students of the Turkish universities are looking forward to be your host during the Erzurum Winter Universiade in 2011.
