30.01.2011-ERZURUM MEDIA-Aguri Shimizu from Japan took the first rank with 103.0 meters and 250 points in men’s sky jumping competition while Polish Tomasz Pochwala became second with 100.5 meters and 239 points and Swiss Tommy Schmid became third with 99.5 meters and 237.5 points. Turkish jumper Mustafa Öztaşyana was 26th with 74.5 meters.
Speaking after the competition, Polish Pochwala stated that he is pleased to take the second rank and added his next aim is to become first in 2014 Winter Olympics. Pochwala also said that he found the 25th WU successful.
