03.01.2011-ERZURUM 2011 MEDIA-Volunteer program which continues at Atatürk University Vocational School of Tourism and Hotel Management center,2 thousand volunteer takes part at the training program.
VOLUNTEERS ARE TRAINED BY PROFESSIONALS
Training program which started in December 29th will continue till January 17th.Volunteers receives training in groups and they will be specially trained by the departments they want to work with.Volunteer Committee Director Prof.Dr. Nurinisa Esenbuğa stated that ‘’Volunteers of 2011 receives their trainings in groups by the professional team.After that they will be specially trained by departments they want to work with.’’Volunteers communications, complaintsandriskmanagementtrainingis carried outbased onthe scenario. By this way our volunteers knoweach otherbetter and also spend fun time while their trainings.’’ she said.
VOLUNTEERS WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE
Communication, bodylanguage, time, risk and the volunteersalsoprovidedtraining oncomplaintsmanagementandmotivation; FISUUniversiade, offersgeneral informationabout theparticipating countriesandErzurum. Ms Esenbuğa stated that they will be giving certificate to the volunteers at the end of the program.With receiving this certificate volunteers will have the opportunity to find a job more easier in their future lives. Apart from this 300 volunteers who wants to work for OC from other cities will receive intensive training program for 2 days.
