31.08.2010-ERZURUM 2011 MEDIA-Presentation of Athletes Village and Transportation has been done by the relevant committees at 2011 WU General Coordination Erzurum Office.Committee Chairs who have came together under the chairmanship of Secretary General Macit Toksoy and Yeşim Müderrisoğlu exchanged views about the latest works that has been conducted so far.
Athletes Village Is Almost Ready
Athletes Village Vice Chair Saadet Adagideli,gave information about the villages physical features and gave information about the program of Athletes Village .Adagideli stated that they have almost completed all the preparations of the Athletes Village .
Communication Training For Drivers
Transport Committee Chair Amir Badur,gave information about their works during HOD meeting.Badur,said that they will focus on the drivers training.’’ Renting of Vehicles, to determine the routes and driver training issues are done. Route of administration, transportation desk, vehicle management, traffic and intersection control area will be focused on.
50 people will participate at the HOD meeting. Six buses , one mini-bus and two transportation desk will be established.Transportation committee volunteers will get a special training.All the works related to transportation continues with great care.’’2011 WU Secretary General Macit Toksoy emphasized that the drivers who will service during HOD meeting will go trough General Information Survey and accreditation process’’.
