12.08.2010-ERZURUM 2011 MEDIA- 21 company has participated at the meeting for the 25th Erzurum WU which will be held from January 27th- February 6th 2011.Meeting was held in Ankara General Coordination Building under the chairmanship of General Coordinator Bekir Korkmaz.Committee Chair of the opening and closing ceremonies Kenan Şebin and Chair Committee of Culture and Art Mustafa Küçüköner have informed the company officials .
Spirit Of Universiade Will Take Over
General Coordinator Bekir Korkmaz stated that they will open the tender for the opening and closing ceremonies, all national and international companies are invited to indicate to the spirit of the ceremony of the Winter Games, said the only condition of eligibility.
‘All the necessary preparations have been completed,which has been conducted for the organisation.It’s important to prepare the opening and closing ceremonies of the games in the best way because this is something very important in terms of value our country gives to sporting events.All the preparations should be appropriate for the spirit of the WU,also it should bring out Turkey’s and Erzurum’s sports concept’.
Projects Will Be Evaluated By Audit and Supervision Board
Companies who will take part in the tender for the ceremonies,their projects will be evaluated at the Audit and Supervision Board meeting which will be chaired by State Minister Responsible for Sports.Korkmaz also expressed that the cost of the tender will be 10 trillion.Committee Chair of opening and closing ceremonies Kenan Şebin made a presentation for the company officials about the coverage of the ceremonies.The tender process of the opening and closing ceremonies will begin in the coming days.
