11.07.2010-2011 ERZURUM MEDIA- Kafkasör Culture, Tourism and Arts Festival which has been organised by Governorship and the Municipality of Artvin was introduced by 2011 Winter Universiade.
Festival which was held between 9th-11th July in Kafkasör Plateau the Universiade stand took great interest.Festival brought thousands of Artvin people from Turkey and abroad. In addition to many guests Deputy Director of Youth and Sports Mehmet Kocatepe and Atatürk University Secretary General Prof.Dr. Üstün Özen has visited the stand.
At the stand participants was informed about the organisation by Director of Sports Activities Prof.Dr.Mustafa Yaprak. Simulation of the winter games was played with the Wii Nintendo and various promotional items was distributed.
