23.06.2010- ERZURUM 2011 MEDYA- Pasinlioğlu stated that they are continuing their work in the dormitories which are located in Ataturk University in order to achieve the FISU standarts.There will be 3679 athletes whom will stay in these dormitories during the games.’’All the works related to dormitories are continuing rapidly. We are building a 4 new dormitories.The existing 7 dormitory buildings are reviewed in the FISU standarts.When the works are completed 3679 athletes will be able to live in these dormitories.
EVERYTHING IS CONSIDERED FOR ATHLETES
Pasinlioğlu ,stated that they have conducted all the works considering all the athletes needs,also at the athletes village there will be a dinning hall where thousand people can eat at the same time.Apart from that in the ground floor of the dormitory buildings there will be a mosque, church and a synagogue.’’our biggest goal is to ensure that athletes feel at thome’’ he said.
SECURITY WILL BE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

For the athletes safety the campus dormitories will be watched with the camera system for 24 hours.’’where the security committee determines the points of the cameras it will be installed with the latest technology.Also the main entrance will be re-organized for the games and x-ray devices are to be placed. So that the security of athletes can be achieved at the highest level’’he said.
WELCOME CEREMONY WILL BE HELD
In the athlets village welcome ceremony will be held for the participant countries.’After reciving the athletes from the airport accreditation process will follow which will be located at the entrance of the games village .Then they will be brought to the parade ground.Here there will be a anthem and welcome ceremony.after that all the athletes will placed to their dormitories’he said.
