Accreditation
The accreditation is the registration certificate, which is issued, approved and signed by the FISU CIC, FISU Secretary General and Erzurum Organizing Committee (OC).
It is the only legal and valid credential to recognize the identification card for all participants. The accreditation card gives the holder free access to designated areas, and MUST always be carried in a noticeable way by the accredited person and shown upon request of Erzurum 2011 OC working staff.
Accreditation information will include an applicant's personal data (name, date of birth, nationality and passport number), his or her function in Winter Universiade and functional area to which the applicant belonged.
Erzurum 2011 OC staff, volunteers and contractors will sign additional waivers that will allowe the appropriate security agencies to perform a background check.
All accredited individuals will be grouped into categories according to the FISU's Accreditation Guide. Each accredited official's access rights and privileges were based on the venue plans and seating.
Graphical elements and zone codes determined the appropriate level of a holder's venue access rights.
The badge with unique identification number will identify the holder and visually display his or her specific access rights and privileges for each category with a unique color marker.
The badge also specified transportation privileges. All accredited members had access to public transportation and the spectator transportation system.
The success of all services at the Winter Universiade Erzurum 2011 depends on the good management of accreditation. The goal of the Erzurum 2011 Winter Universiade Organizing Committee is to ensure that accreditation allocation and processing is as fair and objective as possible.
Loss And Replacements of Winter Universiade Credentials
- Should anyone lose his/her accreditation card, staff card, special task cards or VAPP, s/he must report immediately to his/her department and the accreditation center. After verifying the original card, accreditation center will declare the original invalid and issue a new card.
- The accreditation center is entitled to request a replacement fee for a lost card.
