Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality has made its preparations and is ready for its visitors with a disability. Erzurum will welcome spectators to give them the best service and hospitality to enjoy all the games and events.

Wheelchair-accessible seats will be available at all venues and can be requested through the ticketing process.
The following will be available at all venues:

- Accessible washroom
- Wheelchairs
- Accessible shuttle service

Pavements in Erzurum city are reformed to let wheelchair pass.
Hotels qualifications are appropriate for the service for customers with a disability.
