• Lightning conductors are set up in all venues for the prevention of lightning.

• Locker rooms and all other technical rooms are designed in all venues for discipline.

• Man/Woman rest rooms are designed with respect to some criteria in all venues.

• Snack Bars have been restored in all venues.

• Fire Warning System, extinguishing installation and equipment are available in all venues.

• Adequate Signs and Alarm System appropriate to International norms are available that show exits in case of power-cut in venues. Uninterruptable power or rechargable lights are used to enlight indoor fire stairway buckets.

Admission of rifles into Turkey for sports

Foreigners coming to Turkey for the purpose of sport or hunting as tourists can bring their rifles, accessories and bullets temporarily into the country on condition that they present them to the customs authorities and have them registered on their passports. This registration on the passport substitutes for a letter of authority to bring the rifles and bullets into the country and an official document to carry it within the state. Also, foreigners leave the country showing the rifles and the relevant document at the border gate.

Prevention of violence, disorder and materials which are prohibited for sports competitons

Sports activities are very significant to reinforce brotherhood and unity between mankind and build friendship and good relationship between countries. It is a fact that sports especially competitions which are often held between national and local teams of countries have a great contribution to international consciousness. In Turkey, in the competition areas, before, during and after the games, Police Forces take measures to prevent violence, disorder involving insult, curse, insolent slogans and behaviors toward personal rights, family and spiritual values which are against principles, rules and essence of sports in order to secure public safety, peace and personal immunity and also to prohibit explosive, inflammable, burning, sharp and penetrating materials originated from intense rivalry and fanatisizm.

In sports venues any kind of weapons, sharp or penetrating tools, smoke bomb, blast bomb, explosive, inflammable materials as a cracker, hurtful hard objects as stones and metals that can be thrown or other materials that would create danger or disturb the peace of competitons and alcohol and confettis and similar things polluting the environment must not be kept and sold. These objects and materials are also prohibited to be kept,carried or used in the competiton areas or indoor places.

It is forbidden to shout slogans and provacative,harassing insults verbally directly to the teams and fans, club chairmen and directors, coaches and athletes, referees and managers of federation, and other officials in competition venues or roads,streets,centres ,rings around the venues in public transportation vehicles and other common places. It is also forbidden to utter immoral, provacative, humiliating statements in terms of language, religion, sect,race, gender, ethnical and political segregation in addition to posting posters in and around the competition areas. Foreigners independent of the laws stated above are deported and diplomatic representatives of their national countries are informed about the case.
