YOUR TICKETS
5 THINGS TO DO:
• Check your tickets! Make sure that you have taken the right ticket with you before leaving.Please check the information about the venue, competition and date on the ticket.

• Keep your tickets! You have to pay for the tickets. In case of any loss, again you have to buy a new ticket. Please be careful that your tickets are not damaged or the information on the tickets is intelligible.

• Do not reenter! You are not allowed to reenter any venue with your ticket on condition that you exit the venue after you enter there. Special rules are applied for entrances. Please look at the title ‘In Venues’ in Spectators’ Information part for a detailed information.

• Ring Shuttle is possible with your tickets! There are ring services between ticket sale office and entrance to venues. You can freely reach venue entrance points with your competition tickets by ring shuttles appointed by the Organizing Committee. In addition, public transportation is subject to charge even if you have spectators’ tickets.

• Check your tickets! Please check whether the tickets and their dates are appropriate to your choice or not.
Tip! Check your tickets. You are not allowed to have your tickets changed or get your money back in case of any loss or damage. Keep your tickets out of sunlight or any heating sources. The tickets which are not detected by the system due to any damage, will not be accepted by the authorities.

Tickets will be put on sale as of January 1st 2011 through our website and call centers. Except competition venues, tickets will be also put on sale in Cumhuriyet Avenue, Atatürk University Campus and Erzurum Shopping Centre. Childiren over 3 years should also buy ticket.

Opening Ceremony Tickets: Opening ceremony will be start January 27th 2011 Thursday at 19.30 (Cemal Gürsel Arena) The ticket which will only be valid for opening ceremony. It will be sold as numerated. Ticket prices will be available 20 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Closing Ceremony Tickets: Closing ceremony will be start January 27th 2011 Saturday at 19.30 (Cemal Gürsel Arena) The ticket which will only be valid for closing ceremony. It will be sold as numerated. Ticket prices will be available 10 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Figure Skating: Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Tickets will be available 5 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Ice Hockey: Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Tickets will be available 5 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Curling: Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Tickets will be available 5 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Ski Jumping: Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Tickets will be available 5 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Short Track: Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Tickets will be available 5 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Alpine Skiing: (Konaklı Region) Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Sitting or standing view options available at this facility. Tickets will be available 3 Turkish Lira.There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Snowboard: (Palandöken Region) Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Sitting or standing view options available at this facility. Tickets will be available 3 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Free Style: (Palandöken Region) Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Sitting or standing view options available at this facility. Tickets will be available 3 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Nordic Combined: (Kandilli Region) Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated. Sitting or standing view options available at this facility. Tickets will be available 3 Turkish Lira. There is no discount for students, persons with disabilities, e.t.c.

Cross Country: (Kandilli Region) Singular tickets which are valid for a single competition. A new ticket must be bought for each competition day. It will be sold as unnumerated.
