Accreditation Procedure For Members Of Delegations
The accreditation must be carried out by the Head of Delegation (HD) or his/her representative (Deputy Head of Delegation or designated official).
- Delegation’s arrival at the Accreditation Center.
- Confirmation of participants’ list by the HD or his/her representative.
- Registration and confirmation of possible modifications.
- Photos (if no photos or unqualified photos).
- Confirmations by the HD or his/her representative of the departure dates of the delegations and the number of overnight stays at the Athletes’ Village.
- Payment of participation fees by the HD or his/her representative.
- The HD or his/her representative sets an appointment with the International Control Committee (CIC) officials.
- The OC delivers temporary accreditation cards.
- The delegation is driven to accommodations.
- Within 24 hours of arrival, the HD collects passports and student certificates of the participants and prepares individual dossier of each participant.
- With the prepared dossiers of all the participants, the HD or his/her representative (Deputy Head of Delegation or designated officials) will go to the Accreditation Centre at the appointed time for the printing of accreditation cards. The dossiers will be classified by categories (athletes/officials) first, and then by sport and gender before being presented to CIC representatives. The HD is kindly requested to place the documents in the following order: passport, individual entry form, student certificate/student card/FISU eligibility form and accreditation card
- Following review of the dossiers, the CIC will proceed to sign the accreditation cards. After the CIC secretary has collected participation fees, the Accreditation Center will laminate, register and deliver the accreditation cards to the HD.
Erzurum OC warmly invites the Heads of Delegation to arrive in Erzurum one or two days before the arrival of the other delegation members and athletes, in order to fulfill the delegations obligation for accreditation. This will reduce the waiting time at the accreditation centers.
Delegations have to prepare the individual dossier for each member of the delegation when performing the accreditation procedure.
In order to participate at a FISU event, the athlete must :
- Be a national of the country represented.
- Be aged between 17 and 28 years old
- Possess on officials document signed by the appropriate academic authority certifying his/her full time student status in a university establishment.

- The accreditation card without lamination jacket with a Picture.
